By using InvQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

InvQ provides AI-powered invoicing, expense tracking, and tax assistance services. The service is provided "as is" and we continuously work to improve its accuracy and performance.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the tax information and invoices generated. InvQ is an assistant tool and does not replace professional tax advice from a qualified CA.

4. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are subject to the respective store terms.

5. Data Security

While we implement industry-standard security measures, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and backups.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use InvQ for any illegal purposes, including the generation of fraudulent invoices or evasion of tax liabilities. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation.

7. Limitation of Liability

InvQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon request, your account will enter a 14-day "Safety Net" period where data is preserved but inaccessible. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
